Refund policy

We stand behind every piece we make. If something is wrong with your order, we make it right. **Standard items** Unpersonalized pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Buyer covers return shipping. Original shipping is non-refundable. **Personalized and engraved items** Because your name, date, or dedication is permanently carved into the wood, personalized items are made-to-order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless we made an error in the engraving. **Damaged in transit** If your keepsake arrives damaged, email owen@kindredwooden.com within 7 days with photos of the piece and the packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
